REFUND POLICY
At Torque Tactic, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order or require a refund, please follow these refund terms:
- Refund Request
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Please contact our Customer Service team via email (apexbilling@torquetactic.com) with your order number and the reason for the refund.
- Refund Terms
Refunds are available for unused products in their original packaging.
If the product is defective or mis-shipped, we will cover the shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or replacement product.
For hygiene reasons, some products (such as personal care products, food, etc.) cannot be returned once the package has been opened.
- Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will process your request within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and usually take 7 business days to appear on your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective or mis-shipped.
Returned merchandise shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
